About the program
AB Consulting LLC (Delaware, Ohio, USA) runs an online invitation and RSVP service for private personal events such as family gatherings, religious events and birthdays (invite.rsvpcircle.com). Hosts invite guests from their own phones. Guests who opt in receive reminder text messages about that one event from AB Consulting LLC's toll-free number +1 (844) 820-2945, sent through Amazon Web Services.
How you opt in
On your family's RSVP page there is an optional checkbox, unchecked by default, labelled "Text me reminders about this event". You opt in only by ticking it yourself and sending your RSVP. Consent is not a condition of RSVPing or of any purchase. You can untick the box on the same page at any time. See an example of the opt-in page at invite.rsvpcircle.com/optin-example.
What messages you'll get
Event reminders only: a reminder before the event if your family hasn't replied yet or said maybe, a reminder on the morning of the event if your family said yes, and a short notice if the event's time or place changes. Every message starts with "AB Consulting LLC:". No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
Message frequency varies; usually at most 3 messages per event.

How to stop
Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts. You can also untick the box on your RSVP page. To start again, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on all major US carriers.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Other terms
The RSVP link sent to your family is personal; please don't forward it. The service is provided as-is, and may be used only for personal social events, not for marketing, sales, fundraising, political messages or anything unlawful. It is currently available only in the United States. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version.
